Miss Matilda for the new challenge!

It's Monday so that means time for a new challenge at Besties Challenge. The challenge requires the use of one of super sweet images from Sherri Baldy and today I got to use one of the newest ones she created!

Card Recipe:

Medium - Copic Markers
Paper and Chipboard Accents - Rondelle by Prima Marketing
Flower and Butterflies - Prima Marketing
Sentiment - Studio G
Embossing Powder - Stamp N Stuff White Pearls
Ink (for edges) - Color Box in Seattle Sky
Doily Die - Heartfelt Creations
Pearl Flowers - The Paper Studio

I went a little over the top with the embellishments, it was one of those occasions where I didn't want to stop adding! I decided to go a little Shabby Chic in style, keeping the colors softer, the edges a little distressed and lots of girly style!

WALL HANGING

Today i have a fabby wall hanging to show you.

 I totally love how this turned out. 

It is for create and craft tv show Creata with Carley. 

I have used creata mirror card, 

Flourish dies, heart die, 

flower die and lady bug embellishments.

 The digi stamps are from Sherri - so cute eh.

I printed the images and coloured them with spectrum noir

 markers then cut then im circles. Cut circles of 

mirror card slightly larger to be the matt.  I cut a

 length of ribbon to create a loop for hanging and 

attached it to the back of the white coloured

 card and a length of ribbon on the bottom. 

The coloured digi circle was then attached to the

 mirror card layer. Each section was worked the same way.

Embellishments were attached with pinflair glue gel.

I am have really fun making things and altering them and most of all colouring and using Sherri's cute images.

Hello ladies

Welcome to Sherri Baldy's Blogland ....

As today is my very first post for Besties and also glad to be part of Design Team ..for some of you who don't know me, I am Rose Andrew from Down Under ...Australia .. been on the DT for SSS and now it is an honour to be here

As for my  first card.. I am using one of the Besties..with a very simple layout ... I love all the Besties...so cute and adorable .. so many fun projects can be done with them ...

It is a heart  card ... with not too many elements on it ... as trying to show -off my digi more  and dont want to scare you ...lol

At times simple is the best :)

A Simple I Love You and another new DT Member!

Another new DT member here and I am so glad to be able to share a card.
Last week I saw the new challenge at Besties Challenge and thought I'd throw in a card and play. Well the team liked my card and asked me to be a part of the team! So on Mondays you'll be seeing my creations using the super sweet images from Sherri Baldy and I really hope you will come over and play in the challenges with me. The only real rule at the moment is that you must use a Besties stamp but with so many to choose from that shouldn't be so hard ;)
