Let's play dress up with adorable Paper dolls by Sherri Baldy- tutorial included

Sherri has created adorable paper dolls, it's nothing "new" they have been around as a black and white digi and on her cd called, "Little Sweeties".

Julie Gleeson and I have created some new cards with a "twist".  We are making our "paper dolls" into a 3D version.

These images are so fun to play with they are printable and i understand can be cut out on your die machines.. what could be more fun and quick?

Julie and i have hand cut ours out...
Here is Julie's adorable card using the paper doll set:

3D view:

Here is the Paper doll using the "dress" element found on the cd.
I reduced the dress to "fit" the paper doll.

It is like a little ballerina dress with a tutu:

Tutorial on how i created the 3D with this printable:

Step one:  Place 4 paper dolls into your program (I use Microsoft Word).  Leave one image full.  Crop the other 3 as shown below (full head, bow, shoes).  Size dress to the paper doll size you are using and copy and paste that.  You should have 6 pieces to print out.

Step two:
Cut out the pieces as shown below:

Step three:
Cut two strips of cream tulle and tie a knot in the center.  Use glue dots and place above waist:
Step four:
Adhere your 3D layers using foam tape-  Isn't she sweet?  You can use 3D images on anything, tags, cards.

Here is an older card i made using the black and white digi available here(the clothes shown below are available only with the digi)

Little Sweeties CD (the printable paper dolls are on this CD) is available here:
