"Lil Rosie Besties and Rudolph Letter to Santa IMG 761

Hi Everyone, Cindy here with some inspiration for you, this is one of the newer Letter Besties, Lil Rosie and Rudolf Letter to Santa. (IMG761) I have colored it with copics

 I have fussy cut around Rosie and the Deer and popped it up onto a cut out piece of Primrose Petals card stock, then added some flowers and beads which I purchased from Wild Orchid Crafts.
